Goygol Wine Plant OJSC was established on September 16, 2005.

Goygol Wine Factory OJSC, which currently produces various types of alcoholic beverages, has entered a new stage in its development - our company produces and exports high-quality cognac and wine products, vodka, collection champagnes made by the classical method, as well as non-alcoholic refreshing drinks.

Now the company is a modern winery that combines classic technology and the latest technological advances. Currently, all production buildings, shops and auxiliary facilities have been reconstructed and repaired, all equipment and production lines have been updated and replaced with modern ones. For this purpose, contracts were signed with the famous Italian company TECNOFOOD GROUP, which is a leading company producing equipment for the wine industry.

Goygolsky Winery OJSC has 517 hectares of vineyards, which cultivate high-quality local and European grape varieties planted in 2006-2008. Grape seedlings purchased from the French company GONTARD FRERESEPINIERES VITICLES and the Italian company VIVAI MARCYI, which are well-known European companies, have been adapted to local conditions. Currently, grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sapervi, Madras, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rkatsiteli, Grenache, Muscat, Bayan Shira are cultivated in the vineyards of the plant located in the Goygol and Samukh regions. It is planned in the near future to expand the area of ​​vineyards to 1,500 hectares.

A wine cellar built in the mid-18th century, which has no analogues in the Caucasus, has a wine cellar 15 meters deep, 800 meters long and a total area of ​​6000 square meters. It houses collection champagne, madeira and high-quality table wines made by the classical method.

Currently produced products are sold domestically in large supermarkets, hotels and restaurants, and are also exported to various countries. The main export directions of our company are leading companies in Russia, Belarus and China. Work is underway to create and expand new ties with other countries.

The plant’s products have repeatedly won high prizes at international competitions and important international exhibitions of alcohol and food products.
