1. Key Terms

Global Rus Trade is the Limited Liability Company Global Rus Trade, INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 7733237194, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1157746506170, registered in the prescribed manner in the territory of the Russian Federation, which owns the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace.

GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace is an electronic platform, or marketplace (with regulated access https://globalrustrade.com) where Users and Companies from all countries are registered in order to search for or sell products and/or services, or use the marketplace as an advertising platform for worldwide promotion of their products.

User is an individual who is a buyer and/or representative of the Company at GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace.

Company is a legal entity (or an individual entrepreneur), which is engaged in search or sale of products and/or services on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace or uses the marketplace as an advertising platform for worldwide promotion of their products.

Registration is the process of creating an account and gaining access to the User’s Personal Account and Company Account on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace.

Personal Account is a registered User's profile containing "My Account", "My Orders", "Chats", "Delivery Addresses", "My Reviews", and "Favorites" sections.

Company Account is a registered Company's profile containing "Company Data", "Company Description", "Tariffs", "Orders", "Product Manager", "Company Users", "Delivery Info", "Payment Info", "Company Messages", and "Setting up the Company" sections.

Company's Page is a page that shows basic information about the Company, including the products and/or services that have been placed. Company contacts are available only to Users registered on the marketplace with a company status "Company Verified" or "Reliable Company" (for more information about the company’s statuses see Section 5 hereof).

Product/Service Page is a page that reflects basic information about the product placed by the Company.

Multilingual Chat (Chat) is a tool for instant messaging on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace that allows real time automatic translation of messages to another language.

Global Rus Trade Experts (GRT Experts) are Global Rus Trade employees providing information support services to the Users of GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace.

2. Registration at GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace

2.1. In order to gain access to the User's Personal Account and Company Account, to be able to view contacts of other Companies, and to be able to post and promote products and/or services on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace, the registration procedure has to be completed.

2.2. When registering, Users must provide only accurate information about themselves and the Company.

2.3. Registration is a three-stage process.

2.4. At the first stage, the User is registered as an individual. The following required fields must be filled in: first name and surname in native and English languages, telephone number (mobile number is preferred), e-mail account, and a password that User will use to log in to the Personal Account.

2.5. The second stage of registration involves the activation of the User account. An e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail address indicated at the first stage of registration. To confirm the User's registration on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace please follow the link in the e-mail.

2.6. The first two stages of registration are mandatory in order to fully utilize the capabilities of the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace, including the ability to send messages to the Companies (subject to the Company's consent to receive messages from individuals), leave feedback on the products and/or services placed on the website.

2.7. The third stage is the Company's registration. The following required fields must be fulled in: country, name of the Company in native and English languages, telephone number, and corporate email address.

2.8. The third stage of registration is optional and is necessary for those Users who use the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace on behalf of the Company. You can also add the Company later in the User’s Personal Account.

3. Authorization. User's Personal Account

3.1. To log in to the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace and enter the Personal Account, a User must enter the email address and password specified during registration.

3.2. The "My Account" section contains the User's personal data entered during registration on the site, and additional information. In this section, you can edit all fields (except email address), upload a photo that will be displayed in a Chat and reviews on the website, change the password and subscribe to the newsletter of the marketplace. To confirm any changes, you must click the "Save" button.

3.3. The "My Orders" section allows tracking orders made by the User on the website. The displayed data include the order number, the name of the product or service, the creation date, the status, and the cost of the order. More detailed information can be obtained by clicking on a specific order.

3.4. The “Shipping Addresses” section contains the saved shipping addresses. In this section, you can add, edit, and delete shipping addresses, as well as set up one of the default shipping addresses.

3.5. The "My Reviews" section displays reviews about products and/or services that have been left by the User. On the website, you can leave feedback on any product or service. All reviews are moderated and only after that they become visible to other Users of the website. However, if the product or service was not purchased by the User on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace, then their review will be displayed with the note “Perhaps the User did not purchase this product (service)”. Products and/or services purchased by the User on the website are shown in the “Awaiting Review” tab.

3.6. The “Chats” section contains User’s dialogues with other Users of the website, who are representatives of Companies or Global Rus Trade Experts.

3.7. For your convenience, the "Favorites" section displays the products and/or services from the website directory marked as favorite by the User.

3.8. From the Personal Account, you can also go to the Company Account if at least one is registered or add a company if no companies have been registered.

4. Company Account

4.1. Company Account is available to Users with a Company registered on the website.

4.2. The “Company Data” section contains Company data entered by the User when registering the Company on the website, and additional information. This section is the main source checked by a moderator for the Company verification. Here you can edit all fields, upload the Company logo that will be displayed on the website, upload documents confirming the registration of a legal entity (or an individual entrepreneur), and other documents.

4.3. A User may invite another User to jointly manage the Company by providing his/her email address. An invitation letter will be sent to it. If another User is not registered on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace, in order to manage the Company, (s)he will first need to register on the platform as an individual.

4.4. The Company's description on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace is available to all Users in the languages supported by the platform. User can provide own translation of the Company description into each language or use the automatic translation of the website. At the base tariff, the description of the Company is automatically translated only from the language selected by the User into English. To translate into other languages of the website, the User must choose one of the paid tariffs specified in clause 7. 

4.5. The function of adding a video to the Company's page is also available when choosing a paid tariff.

4.6. The “Tariffs” section contains a description of the basic and paid tariffs available on the website, the possibility of tariffs acquiring, as well as information on previously acquired tariffs.

4.7. The "My Orders" section allows tracking orders made by the User from the Company on the website. Displayed information includes the order number, customer name, creation date, order status and cost, as well as the shipping method and payment method. More detailed information can be obtained by clicking on a specific order.

4.8. The “Product Manager” section contains information about the products placed and/or the Company's services, the ability to add, edit and archive products.

4.9. In the Delivery Details section, the User can select the delivery methods that (s)he is ready to use to deliver products to customers.

4.10. In the “Payment Information” section, the User can select payment methods that are suitable for accepting funds from customers.

4.11. The “Company Messages” section is a copy of the “Chats” section of the User’s Personal Account.

4.12. In the “Company Settings” section, a User can indicate that (s)he is ready to accept messages from individuals registered as Users on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace.

5. Companies Verification System. Companies' Statuses

5.1. Each Company registered on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace is checked by the website moderator, and thereafter a certain status is assigned to the Company.

5.2. "Initial status". After registration and filling in information about the Company, the website moderator checks it. Moderator checks the Company's presence in national and international registries of companies, on social networks, the availability of the Company's website, and other available information. During the verification, the Company, its products and/or services are not displayed in the website directory.

5.3. "Company rejected". Company is denied onsite placement. After the verification by a moderator, the Company, its products and/or services are not displayed in the website directory, if:

·         they offer prohibited content (separatist slogans, obscene expressions, gambling advertising, etc.);

·         contact information is specified in the description of the Company, its products and/or services, in the characteristics of the products and/or services;

·         impossibility to confirm the existence of the Company by any available source of information.

5.4. "Company not verified". After being checked by a moderator, the Company, its products and/or services are displayed in the website directory with the “Company not verified” warning status in case it did not provide confirmation of the legal entity registration (registration number, legal address), or if the Company is not listed in the national and international company registries.

5.5. "Company verified". After being checked by a moderator, the Company, its products and/or services are displayed in the website directory with the “Company verified” status in case it provided confirmation of the legal entity registration (registration number, legal address), and if the Company is listed in the national or international company registries.

5.6. "Reliable Company". After being checked by a moderator, the Company, its products and/or services are displayed in the website directory with the “Reliable Company” status if documents confirming the registration of the legal entity were uploaded to the Company Account, and the Company acquired a paid package of additional promotion services on the website.

5.7. After checking by the moderator and assigning the status to the Company, Users can make changes to the information about the Company, its products and/or services in order to change the status of the Company. After making changes, the moderator re-checks the Company and makes a decision on changing of the Company's status.

5.8. The moderator reserves the right to make changes to information about the Company, its products and/or services in order to provide more reliable information to the Users of the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace. Users who are responsible for the Company are notified of all the changes made via e-mail.

6. Product Manager

6.1. After the Company registration, a User may add products and/or services to the Company’s Account in the “Product Manager” section.

6.2. There are two ways to add a product and/or a service.

6.3. The first way to add products and/or services involves the introduction of the necessary information in the form on the website for each product and/or service separately.

6.4. The name and description of a product or service on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace is available to all Users in the languages supported by the platform. User can provide own translation of the name and description of a product or service into each language or use the automatic translation of the website. At the base tariff, the name and description of a product or service is automatically translated only from the language selected by the User into English. To translate into other languages of the website, the User must choose one of the paid tariffs specified in clause 7.

6.5. At least one category of products or services must be selected from the suggested list of categories. The base tariff allows placing a product or service in a maximum of two categories of the website directory.

6.6. A User can set a special price for a product or service by specifying the amount of the discount and the promotional period.

6.7. A User must specify the important characteristics of the product or service to further attract the attention of buyers.

6.8. A User needs to add high-quality photos of the product or service and upload the existing permits (certificates, licenses, etc.). The function of adding a video to the product/service Page is also available when choosing a paid tariff.

6.9. The second way to add products and/or services involves the introduction of the necessary information on several products and/or services in the excel file of a unified form. The file must be downloaded, filled in and uploaded.

6.10. The “Product Manager” section displays information about all the products and/or services of the Company placed on GlobalRusTrade.com. A product and/or service can be published, removed from publication or added to the archive.

6.11. In the website directory, the placed products and/or services will be displayed only after the Company and each added product will have been checked by the moderator.

6.12. After being moderated and in the event that the Company has not been rejected, the products and/or services are displayed in the website directory with the same status as the Company. However, certain products and/or services may not be displayed if the moderator rejects them as non-complying with the website requirements.

7. Tariffs

7.1. On the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace, a User can use any tariff - a package of services for the promotion of the Company and its products and/or services.

7.2. The base tariff is available free of charge. Any User uses this tariff by default after the registration of the Company. The basic package of promotion services allows you to work seamlessly on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace and includes the ability to place products and/or services in the catalog, automatic translation of the description into English, access to a database of verified and reliable companies, and to the Multilingual Chat.

7.3. Paid promotion packages are also available on the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace. They include additional services to promote the Company and its products and/or services on the website. For example, priority placement of products and/or services in the catalog, automatic translation of descriptions into other languages supported by the website, access to the database of applications from buyers, advanced features for adding content to the Pages of the company, its products and/or services, etc.

7.4. Paid promotion packages are purchased for one year.

7.5. In addition to promotion packages, paid placement of products and/or services of the Company on the homepage of the website and on advertising spaces in the catalog is available. The cost of placement is calculated individually depending on the selected advertising places and the demand for them.

8. Multilingual Chat

8.1. On the GlobalRusTrade.com Online Marketplace, Multilingual Chat is available for smooth communication of Users in languages supported by the platform.

8.2. Communication is possible between Users with non-rejected Companies, as well as between a User without a Company and a User with a non-rejected Company, whose settings indicate willingness to accept messages from individuals.

8.3. In the Multilingual Chat, messages are automatically translated online into the User's language.

8.4. You can start communication by clicking on the “Write to the seller” button on the Page of the company, its products and/or services.

8.5. In the Chat, you can add a GRT expert who will assist in issues of certification, logistics, customs clearance, etc.
