The federal resort Nalchik is surrounded by a half-ring of mountains covered with evergreen forests.

The climate is moderately humid. Winter is relatively mild, spring is early, autumn is warm, dry and long.

The abundance of greenery and mountain air purity, 1710 hours of sunshine per year, a beautiful landscape, air filled with aromas of pine trees, the coolness of the waters of the mountain river Nalchik, the majestic panorama of the mountains - all this creates favorable conditions for recreation and aerotherapy at any time of the year.

Mayak LLC is located in the resort area of Nalchik - Dolinsk - in a luxurious park area in which not only the flora characteristic of the republic, but also exotic plants for the North Caucasus are represented. Near the sanatorium there are lakes with beaches and boat stations, a chair lift.

The building of the sanatorium is a historical and architectural monument of the resort, which once belonged to the Russian nobleman Count Dolinsky.

Currently it is a modern and comfortable health resort.

Mayak LLC is the winner of the contest “One Hundred Best Products of Russia” (2005, 2007, 2009, 2010), it was awarded the Declaration of Quality, awarded the President’s prize of the CBD (2005, 2008, 2010), etc.
