Production company "MEGA ORTHOPEDIC" produces high-quality children's orthopedic and prophylactic shoes of the brand "MEGA Orthopedic".
Initially, production opened in 2008 in Turkey. In 2013, the opening of a new production in Russia took place in the city of Ramenskoye, Moscow Region.
All these years, our company cares about the health of children and their well-being, so we produce the best children's shoes, taking into account all the necessary factors for the proper growth and development of children's feet. Striving for the perfection of our shoes, we use only first-class materials and components in production.
* Only 100% genuine leather is used for sewing the top of the shoe and the lining. Materials for the production of structural elements of footwear, such as thermoplastic toe caps and heel, TEC for the manufacture of soles, interlining (intermediate) amplifiers, stackboard, the main glue and thread are supplied from the "shoe capital of the world" - Italy.
The use of imported materials is due to the high requirements that we place on the quality of the load bearing structure, these elements are not visible from the outside, but are the basis of the right footwear.
In the production of shoes "MEGA Orthopedic" is used only high-quality natural leather from the hides of cattle varieties "Lux", these are skins, specially selected for the production of premium products that are not processed harmful chemical dyes.
Footwear made from such raw materials is not deformed when worn, has the properties of dimensional stability and high-class environmental friendliness, which is important in the manufacture of footwear and in particular - for children.
The design of loose-leaf and fasteners of the shoe allows you to clearly fix the foot in the correct position, which contributes to the development of proper gait motility.
* Shoe shoe is designed according to the anatomical structure of the children's foot. When walking, an important characteristic is the correct distribution of the support forces on the sole.
* The sole is made of high-quality material TEC (thermoplastic elastomer), and has good adhesion to the surface, resistance and durability. The “shock absorber” system (shock absorption) allows the sole to absorb shock loads when walking.
A unique diagnostic "test system" allows parents and the orthopedic surgeon to determine the wrong presetting of the foot at the very beginning, due to the presence of erasable tread elements around the perimeter of the sole, divided into sectors.
The footwear has an increased completeness, it is designed for a high rise and allows the attachment of an individual orthopedic insole-instep.
