Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Experimental Plant RCC” WTO “named after academician G.A. Ilizarov manufactures medical devices and devices for osteosynthesis using the technology of Ilizarov GA, intended for the treatment of patients with diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, as well as vascular and oncological diseases.
Organizations and individuals can buy goods from the Ilizarov plant.
The Experimental Plant RISC RTO is a compact enterprise with a full technological cycle of production - from material to finished product, it has an adequate fleet of production equipment, convenient access roads and its own road transport. All engineering communications are connected to the building.
The organizational structure of the experimental facility includes services and units that provide separate, independent functioning and performance of certain technological processes. Production is carried out by trained and experienced personnel.
At the “Experimental Plant RCC”, the technology for manufacturing parts is constantly being improved, new types of equipment are being introduced:
* installation of laser marking,
* thermal vacuum packaging machine,
* automatic lathes
* anode-plasma installation,
* Installation of dry air flow treatment parts.
The plant has developed, implemented and certified a quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard DIN EN ISO 13485
Products have a certificate of conformity of the brand GOST R and CE. The presence of this brand ensures that the product meets the requirements of the European Union directive on safety, environmental friendliness and free circulation in the markets of EU member states.
In 2000, the plant’s products became the laureate of the competition “100 best goods of Russia”.
In 2002, the Experimental Plant became the winner of the third All-Russian contest “1000 Best Enterprises of Russia”, and in 2005 was awarded the Diploma of the winner of the international competition “GOLD MEDAL“ EUROPEAN QUALITY ”.
In 2009, according to the results of the annual audit of the quality management system, the EUROCAT certification body received a certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 without any discrepancies.
The “Experimental Plant RCC” regularly takes part in exhibitions and specialized conferences.
