The porcelain factory "Gardner's production in Verbilki" was founded in 1754 by the Englishman Franz Gardner and more than two centuries created masterpieces of porcelain art that became an ornament of the imperial palaces of Russia and Europe.

Factories "Production of Gardner in Verbilki" and now remain true to their traditions, passed from generation to generation by the dynasties of masters. Therefore from the moment of foundation to this day the oldest Russian enterprise wins the most significant Russian and foreign titles and awards.

Porcelain is considered the most noble ceramics of the highest quality. Peculiarity of porcelain is that it has absolutely white color, and not only on the surface, but also on the fracture.

With a light blow with a wooden stick, the porcelain product produces a distinctive high clear sound.

The process of birth of a product with a unique and original character of the Verbilkov form and painting begins with the production of a model of the future product. The work is first created by a sculptor, and the master-designer helps him to bring the product into production.

Technology, methods and methods of making porcelain works allow sculptors, artists and craftsmen to more fully disclose their creative intentions, while preserving the traditions of Verbilkov porcelain manufacturers of many generations.

One of the important operations performed by artists and artists is drawing a product. Each master craftsman has a unique artistic taste, his style, a special creative manner. This allows him to creatively approach the solution of the most difficult problem: save the composition and the idea of the author of the form in the design.

The plant uses different types of finishes:

All decoration methods are performed only by hand and reflect the individual style of the master painting: the nature of the brushstroke, the tone of the paint, the development of individual decor elements.

Thus, the entire technological process of production of porcelain products in the fishery, literally at all operations, provides creative work for the performers.

Products after finishing are fired at a temperature of 750-820 degrees to fix ceramic paints and gold containing the medicine.
