We created True Coffee Roasters when we realized that we can no longer drink coffee that is sold in the mass market. Usually such coffee is overcooked, stored for a long time and therefore practically all for one taste. For its production, several tons of coffee are taken, it is heavily fried and after a few months it appears on the shelves of stores.

We do things differently:

Deliveries of coffee.

Our suppliers bring green coffee from small high-mountain plantations. We order the party for a trial, we taste it, and if we consider it worthy, he appears on our window.

Roasting coffee.

Fry coffee three times a week in small batches - just enough to immediately deliver coffee lovers.

Degrees of roasting coffee.

We practice only light and medium degree of roasting. We believe that this approach allows us to discover the taste and aroma of coffee. For each variety, the roasting degree is selected individually: by trial and error, we find a suitable combination of duration and intensity.

Equipment for roasting.

We use gas german roasters Probat. They allow you to accurately adjust the temperature and quickly change it during roasting.

Who makes coffee tasty.

Our roasters were trained in the Sensory Foundation and Roasting courses in the SCAE Coffee Diploma System. The first course teaches us to determine the quality of coffee, the second one studies the roasting techniques.

Delivery of coffee.

To residents of St. Petersburg the courier will bring coffee the next day after the order. In other regions our coffee carries delivery services: they receive it almost immediately from the roster, and the way to Moscow usually takes a couple of days.
