* The cost of production in 75% of cases is not different from the price of the producer, and some items are lower. This is due to the fact that manufacturers provide the Unified Export Department with a dealer discount of up to 10%, and the wrapping is only 2-3%.

- optimization of taxation through the distribution of working capital through heads of departments registered as Individual Entrepreneurs, which allows not to exceed the limit of the simplified taxation system.

* At the manufacturers' enterprises the quality control of the products is regularly carried out before the conclusion of the contract. Nevertheless, buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct a personal inspection in the presence of a representative of the Unified Export Department before entering into a contract.

We work on the terms of DAP (Incoterms 2010). We arrange delivery to your warehouse.
* You conclude a contract with an Individual Entrepreneur who financially answers all of his property, and not the authorized capital, as an LLC (the size of which, most often, is 10,000 rubles).
