The plant began its work in May 2008 after Germany imported production equipment that fully complies with European standards. Raw materials are purchased entirely from Germany.
The implementation of covers is mainly in the local market. A certain amount is also delivered to neighboring Georgia.
In the near future, Eurocap plans to expand the geography of exports, as well as to Russia.
The factory produces covers of the following sizes: 82, 66, 63, 43 mm and SKO-82. The capacity is an average of 300 caps per minute and about 100-110,000 covers per work shift. The production process of the covers is fully automated, including quality control, rejection and rejection of defective covers from the conveyor, as well as the calculation of the lids before packing.
Then the lids are packed in cardboard boxes, each of which is placed from 750 to 3500 covers, depending on the diameter.
Covers from Eurocap products are invariably of high quality.
