"Woven patterns" - a factory of hand-made patterned weaving, creating clothes and interior items 100% handmade.

A unique phenomenon of Russian national culture. We are an enterprise of NHP.

“Woven patterns” is a storehouse of Russian heritage, carefully preserving centuries-old traditions with the use of openwork, brane, elective techniques for performing artistic pattern-heald weaving.

The enterprise NHP "Woven Patterns" has a straightforward adventure story.

In search of the forgotten traditions of patterned weaving in the north of the Nizhny Novgorod region, an expedition was organized by the Scientific Research Institute of the Art Industry and artists of the Shahn construction and embroidery factory. They specially made machines for the production of hand-made weaving.

The following year, the mass production of products according to approved samples began, which were renamed the Shahun Art Factory. On wooden weaving mills made of environmentally friendly fiber (linen and cotton, rayon and wool mixture), the craftswomen weave amazingly beautiful things.

The homemade patterns of the peasant woman were decorated with rugs, clothes, bedspreads, tablecloths, countertops, and towels. Traditionally, clothes from these fabrics were worn on holidays and for weddings. Blankets, bedspreads, chair covers, towels, tablecloths and napkins with a bright decorative pattern of smooth and ornamental stripes or cages - all this made up the assortment of the factory. Highly artistic products made with excellent quality of linen, wool and cotton, well sold out and decorated the exhibition. Woven products quickly gained popularity.

New areas of activity have appeared: garments came to the graduation in the traditional folk style.

The assortment of the factory is constantly updated, using cotton and linen yarn, viscose, semi-wool using synthetic yarn.

All products are certified.

Beautiful and practical products of chess weavers agree with modern folklore trends, perfectly enliven the interior, fill it with warmth and sun, and finally, they simply delight the eye. "Woven patterns" are popular with the best folk groups in Russia. Slavic homespun cloth is a special energy of natural fabrics.

"Woven patterns" are constantly participating in exhibitions, fairs held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Yekaterinburg and other cities of Russia, where the products were repeatedly awarded with medals, diplomas, certificates.
