Chanakh 奶酪配龙蒿（龙蒿）

Vats is matured in a specially prepared brine. It is through the use of the brine Vats gets its own unique flavor and aroma characteristics. Cheese Vats has a sharp and salty taste, which is characteristic of pickled cheeses. Cheese fragile body, but does not crumble.

it adds herbs, such as mint, thyme(thyme),tarragon(tarragon), which gives it a unique flavor.
