The Moscow plant "Mikromashina" was founded in 1923 and was called "Metallosite Plant". The enterprise was created for the production of household appliances (sieves, hereinafter - coffee grinders, electric shavers, hair dryers, hair clippers, epilators) under the Mikma brand (since 1979).

Throughout its history, the plant was called "Metallosito Plant", since 1956 - the "Moscow Metallist" plant, since 1964 - "Mikromashina". During the years of Soviet power, the enterprise was part of the Soyuzelektrobytmash association.

Currently, the plant offers from consumer goods electric shavers, coffee grinders, trimmers, electric kettles, electric fans, hair dryers, fan heaters, shearing machines, women's sets, massagers and other products, as well as spare parts for them.

General reconstruction of production was carried out from 1975 to 1982, and in 2011 the plant was modernized. Purchased in 2010 and installed production facilities of ZAO Naypro Moscow. The Center for Contract Manufacturing (CPC) was established. The center carried out precision casting of plastic parts, design and manufacture of molds and special tooling.
