Floating Islands is a board game that puts you immersed in a world where corporations are fighting for influence. The tactical board has a duel format, but it also perfectly demonstrates itself in the version for four players. The main goal is to take full control of the central flying island. Gameplay The mechanics of the game are very simple. Each player receives his own deck, from which he takes 5 cards at the beginning of the game. You can discard one, leaving four, or you can completely discard everything by redrawing new 4 cards into your hands. Then the players play their cards. This happens until everyone passes. During the gameplay, the islands will constantly move relative to the central island, thus changing the state of affairs in the game. You can win literally in two rounds with the most successful hands, or you can gradually build up your own strength, preventing your opponents from getting ahead.
