In "Pretzel" there is only one task - to stay on your limbs as long as possible. The playing surface is a white oilcloth, on which round pieces of 4 colors are applied: yellow; red; blue; green. The set includes a tape measure with an arrow, colored balls and limbs. Players take turns to spin the roulette wheel, and follow the directions of the arrow, for example: right hand to blue; left leg to yellow; right leg on red. The difficulty is that the participants must remain on the field, and not even go to someone else's turn. As a result, 2-4 people stand on the rounds, and they must be held, although their arms and legs are spread out on different parts of the surface. By the way, according to the rules, you cannot interfere with other players, and you need to transfer body parts, trying not to even touch your opponents. It's not easy, but a couple of dozen workouts and you will learn. It's practically yoga! Indeed, the game is somewhat similar to this practice. Participants not only need to distinguish colors well, but also have decent kinetic awareness - to know where and which limb is at the moment. It will take agility to gently shift the center of gravity and not topple over, which will mean an automatic loss. Mindfulness also does not hurt, because you will mix up the color or you will not see a more convenient option closer.
