The Abbey is a very unusual board game in which players will have to try on the role of the abbots of medieval monasteries who will hire workers to not only rebuild the most beautiful temple, but also collect a large library in it. Despite such a complex description, "The Abbey" is just a card filler recommended for passing the time. The course of the game The playing field is laid out in the center of the table, cubes are laid out on top of it as shown in the instructions - so that the color of the cube matches the color of the sector. The cards are divided by category and value, the deck is shuffled and laid out in the center of the game table. Shirt up. The gameplay is divided into two phases: donation and auction. During the donation phase, each player on his turn must take several cards from the deck, one of which he keeps for himself, one sends to the auction (puts it face down), and the rest is laid face down on the table. During the auction phase, a formed row of cards is revealed. Each card has its own price. The one who is ready to give the highest price for the card takes it for himself. As a result of the two phases, the players will have certain sets of cards in their hands, on the basis of which they will calculate the points. The participant with the most points will be the winner of the game.
