Description

Arbet™ marble is an engineered marble - a material similar to natural marble but made artificially from the natural components by a unique technology. The similarity with marble is proved by its physical and chemical qualities, while its operating characteristics are even better. THE HISTORY OF CREATION .This technology was originally designed back in 70-s in the USSR as a result of the research undertaken in order to reproduce various natural minerals and crystals (rubies, diamonds, etc). The main idea of this technology is based on using materials similar to the ones that create marble in nature: mineral powder, sand, titanium dioxide plus consolidating substances: limestone and cement while various ferrous oxides are used as natural pigments. Our company considerably improved and added to this technology by using 21st century achievements such as modern concrete plasticizers, crystallizers and water protectors. TECHNOLOGY Thanks to our patented technology Arbet™ marble is water- and soil proof, it has germicidal qualities, it does not produce saltpeter (the effect of corroding due to pushing slats out on the surface) which makes our stone better than any young natural stones or concrete articles. Arbet™ marble is ecologically neutral and pure material due to the ingredients well-tried in construction. The technology of creating Arbet™ marble does not use baking and does not require polishing. The original mixture has half-liquid flexible texture. The material crystallizes under normal temperature of +20° - 27°C. The pattern on the surface never repeats as in natural marble. This technology allows to create marble in the plastic forms, so the finished product repeats the shape and surface of the form it is grown in. The principle is the same as in sand cakes. We take plastic forms with either flat polished or mat bottom and put the mixture in there. In 24 hours we turn them upside down and the product comes out of the form. It has exactly the same shape and surface as was the bottom of the form. The material achieves its adequate strength in 6 days which is actually the process of petrifying but then it keeps strengthening even more with time. Arbet™ marble does not require polishing. You just need to put the mixture into a form with gloss flat bottom and the finished product will reproduce the its surface. To provide additional protection our chemists worked out Arbet™ sealer – a special soaking substance with protects the stone from outside and inside, deepens its colour, adds up to its gloss and smoothes possible defects. Arbet™ sealer does not use any solvents so it has no smell or poisonous reeks. Thanks to natural qualities of Arbet™ marble and additional protection by Arbet™ sealer this material can be successfully used for making kitchen worktops, for which natural marble is not normally used. ADVANTAGES OF USING ARBET™ MARBLE TECHNOLOGY - you can produce material of beauty and unique patterns like marble; - VERY CHEAP raw material whose cost is not more than US$ 0,5 per kilo; - you can make your own forms from inexpensive politics which will allow you to fulfill any individual orders; - you get the collection of colour recipes with which you can produce stones of the colours brighter and deeper than any artificial stone producers, plus you can reproduce any desirable colour or colour shade by using pigments in your own combination; - you will acquire the recipe of reproducing lapis azury – the stone which cannot be found in big slabs in nature anymore; - you can make any complicated bas-reliefs or architectural décor out of it and they will look exactly as articles carved out of natural marble; - you can use the unique technology of introducing into Arbet™ marble luminofore – natural lighting material which cannot be introduced into anywhere else; USAGE Arbet™ marble can be used to make the following products and more: - marble tiles of different sizes and shapes; - window-sills and steps; - fireplace portals and mantelpieces; - any complicated repeated architectural details which are hard to be carved from marble; column capitels, bas-reliefs, etc; - table tops; - kitchen worktops; - carved marble frames for mirrors and pictures; - wall and table clocks as well as other interior design elements. ARBET™ MARBLE TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION MEANS RECEIVING TECHNOLOGICAL PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDES: - technical documentation with the description of all components to produce the basic mixture; - 3-day learning off-line course (by your choice) in Arbet workshop; - recipe of basic marble growing mixture; - technology of making marble growing mixture; - recipe of various marble colours with certain colour patters; - technology of finishing the produced items; - technology of introducing luminofore - natural lighting material –into marble structure while growing it; - teaching to make own forms from^ *thin plastic of 400 mkm (0,4 mm) *polyurethane *hard plastic (3 mm) with bas-relieved boards made of polyurethane - technology of protecting and restoring the forms to make them serve for up to 300-500 uses; - methodology of necessary calculations; - step-by-step printed printer description of each technology; - learning videos for each technology; - on-line technical support and consultations during the first year; - the set of devices to make your own forms from plastic sheets and cardboard packaging; - the set of fittings for standard forms; - 10 kg of Arbet™ crystallizer; - 1 kg of Arbet™ sealer; - testers of various pigments; - life update – information about all novelties, discoveries or changes in this technology; - the right to further sell this technology to the third parties paying our company royalties in the sum of 20% of the current prices of this technological package; - the right to use Arbet™ trade mark. The price of technological package above – US$ 10000. NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND INITIAL EXPENSES - Acquisition of Arbet™ technological package; - Vertical concrete mixer, volume about 200 liters; - Vibrating table with the surface of the size similar to the size of the articles you plan to produce; - workshop of not less than 50 square meters with electricity and cold water supply, with water drainage and permanent temperature not less than 20 C; - power consumption on above equipment is 8,5 kW for 8 hour working shift; - two people to operate one production line: 1 concrete mixer + 1 vibrating table; PRODUCTIVITY During an 8-hour working shift each production line can produce 8 cycles of making the mixture for growing marble and putting the mixture into the forms; The duration of each cycle is 40 min; The remaining time is used on taking already formed items out of the forms and finishing them; The weight of marble mixture produced on 1 line at each cycle is 70 kg; Thus during an 8-hour working shift you can produce up to 560 kg of finished products whose total material will cost not more than US$ 280. Since the selling price of such products is averagely 10 to 30 times higher than the cost of their raw material during an 8-hour working shift you can produce finished products which will bring you US$ 2800 to 8400.
