Pollaio.

The chicken coop is a completely unique item of tableware in which you can prepare a whole festive table. This will require one chicken carcass, potatoes, vegetables and a little imagination. Pre-prepared (rubbed with salt and spices, oiled), the chicken is placed on the cone, and below it is laid out potatoes, bell peppers, onion rings or any other vegetables. All this is put in the oven and baked. Manufacturer: Suzdal Pottery Yard Reference: 045pn0023
