There is a complete coincidence of the HSpice models of devices extracted using data obtained by means of instrument-technological process modeling (TCAD) and HSpice models of devices extracted using data obtained by measuring plates from the Fab 30 plant in Dresden. The HSpice extraction of instrumentation parameters for the AT130LP technology was performed only using data obtained through process instrumentation process modeling (TCAD). These efforts are aimed at finding and starting interaction with potential customers of the factory. Companies that are ready to design using the FDK prior to its certification in silicon will be able to receive a free run of their products in silicon at the “risk production” stage in the MPW mode.
