Our team of master karigars (artisans) and designers create designs, combining heritage elements with modern sensibilities, which are then translated into jewellery using modern techniques, thus ensuring superlative quality combined with low cost. We tap the wealth of antique Indian designs for our products and also introduce the work of promising new designers.

To produce our designs we use a variety of methods. Some designs are produced by lost wax casting. Others are produced by traditional embossing and stamping techniques or spin casting. Still others are handmade by skilled village artisans.

The founders are professionally qualified gemologists. They have a profound knowledge of gemstones both natural as well as artificial, which is reflected in the quality and variety of stones used in Touchstone jewellery.
