Payment rules

What company can buy tariffs?

Companies with Checked status are allowed to purchase tariffs.

Which payment methods are accepted?

VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide and MIR Payment System bank cards are approved for payment.

How to pay for the tariff?

Tariffs payment:

Log in to your company account.
Press Pay the tariff button on the Tariffs page.
The payment is processed on the bank login page where you have to enter details of you bank card:
1. Card number;
2. Card expiration date (stated on the front face of the card);
3. Card holder name (in Latin, as stated on the card);
4. CVC2/CVV2 code.
Press the Pay button.
If your bank supports 3D-Secure technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional authentication. Please, enter the code that your bank sent by SMS.
Done! You will receive a Tariff information to e-mail.

The Individual tariff payment:

Log in to your company account.
On the Tariffs page, fill in the feedback form and press on the Submit Request button.
We will contact you to discuss additional terms and confirm the order during 24 hours.
You will receive an e-mail with a pay link and payment instruction, after confirming your order.

Is my bank card information protected?

The safety of online payment processing is guaranteed by PCI DSS international security certificate. The information is transferred using SSL encryption technology.

Why is CVC2/CVV2 code requested?

CVC2/CVV2 is requested for security purposes.

What is the validity of the tariff?

The tariff validity is one year from date of payment. The validity of the Individual advertising tariff is set optionally.

How can I cancel the providing services contract?

In order to cancel the contract of providing services fill out a written statement and send it via e-mail: support@globalrustrade.com. Once your statement has been received and accepted, you will receive an e-mail with the information about your unused balance and refund instruction.
Your unused balance refund will be completed via the original payment method.

What if the transaction failed?

Please, make sure you have enough funds to make the payment. If the payment problem is not related to insufficient balance, please contact the Bank that issued your card.
