Being athletes of power sports, we take into account all the nuances in the design and production of rubber coatings.

"SETFOR" specializes in the manufacture of safety modular rubber crumb slabs for the needs of professional, amateur and children's sports according to TU 2533-001-75495114-2008 by hot molding.

Our goal was to create a coating with maximum durability, reliability, soundproofing properties, weight, long service life and that would not need to be fixed to the floor.

Since the production process takes place at high pressure and temperature, the consumption of raw materials is 1 square meter with the required coating thickness higher than during cold forming, therefore the coatings are stronger, denser and, above all, heavier than the cold-formed analogues.

Please note that the weight of the slab is an important advantage, since it allows you to avoid attaching the slabs to the floor. Heavy SETFOR plates can be simply put on the floor without sticking, and without fear of rebounding rubber plates from each other during operation and the fall of heavy objects.

This advantage is reinforced by the fact that the plates are produced in large sizes - 1 meter per 1 meter.

This is especially important when holding competitions or when the gym is located in a rented room.

SETFOR can solve any problem of noise or safety of the gym, because SETFOR rubber plates are available in thicknesses of up to 100 mm and weight of slabs 100 kg.

SETFOR places special demands on the raw materials, therefore the SETFOR rubber plates are odorless.

Even thin, but dense SETFOR coatings with a thickness of 10 mm will reliably protect your floor from cracks, and athletes from injury.

Do not cover the entire floor of the gym with rubber. Let it correspond to the design of your gym. Cover the SETFOR with only the free weights.

Now, after doing the exercises, athletes can simply throw the weights and barbells on the floor without worrying about safety or noise.

SETFOR coatings are not cheap. But especially for the cases when an economical version is needed, a lightweight slab for laying on the ground of SETFOR-light 1000x1000x40 mm was developed.

With the same quality and density of the material, the shape of the plate was changed, due to which the price was reduced by 25%.
