Kukmor garment factory number 6 was established by order of the Minister of Light Industry of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic No. 165 of September 22, 1956.

The team of the newly created enterprise faced big and new tasks - this is the staffing of workshops with equipment, labor, specialists, development and development of a new range, creation of normal working conditions.

The plant began its activity by organizing work for 32 people who sewed cotton trousers in a small fabric cutting workshop. At first, the fabric was cut by hand with a large knife. The sewing workshop first worked in 3 shifts.

The company did not have specialists with experience in mass tailoring, and everyone had to learn from related enterprises.

At the request of the Ministry of Light Industry of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, at the Kazan garment factory No. 3 in 1956, practical training was given to regulators of sewing equipment, fabric counters (order collectors), a cutter and an installer of the cutting shop, and accountants. Seamstresses were recruited not only from Kukmor, but also from nearby villages, they were trained directly in the workplace.
