Ltd. "Specialist" was established in 1995 in the city of science Biysk.

The company manufactures functional food products using natural ingredients, most of which are collected in Altai and our own patented technologies of gentle processing.

We study the traditions of nutrition, and create natural products for the daily diet. In our assortment more than 30 product names:

* cold pressed oils,

* flour,

* porridge

* drinks on cedar milk.

Plant materials from which we produce our products are collected in places of historical growth - the best conditions for growth and aging.

So, we take raw materials for traditional Siberian oils - flax, camelina and sea buckthorn - in Altai and in Siberia. Pumpkin and amaranth - in the south of Russia, black cumin - in Ethiopia or in Saudi Arabia. The best sesame in India, so we bring it.

In the processing of raw materials, we use the method of cold pressing. Only cold pressing, no chemistry and heating - in this case, the natural taste is lost and the use of the finished product is significantly reduced.

What nature has created is difficult to improve. Created by her - already perfect. Therefore, our task is to properly receive gifts from nature and carefully convey them to people. It is important for us to control the whole way: from collecting seeds of wild plants to their processing into oil and packaging of finished products.

Our business card is cedar nut oil. The nut itself is easily exposed to the environment, so it must be stored in its natural shell - the shell until the time of spinning. While the shell is not destroyed, oxidation does not occur. We all know how different is the taste of peeled walnut and long-lying walnut and walnut, which we have just cracked. Whoever bought the kernel of cedar nuts in the store will confirm: it is usually rancid. This means that the nutrients are already lost and continue to be lost upon contact with the environment.

Another feature of our technology is that we retain the “shirt” - a valuable core shell. In order to delay the oxidation process, we process the nut in small batches and immediately after pressing we pack up the oil in a glass container.

The remaining flour also contains the shell of the core and, accordingly, is valuable.

The fact is that the company was created at the time of conversion on the basis of the Altai federal research and production center. To create an innovative technology for the production of cedar oil gathered experts from different areas. Each of them has put all his knowledge, skills and experience into this technology. People from a scientific institute, they had little interest in marketing. The first thing they thought about was how to get the technology of careful processing of raw materials to produce a high-quality product. During these years, the name of the company was born - SPECIALIST, to which both employees and customers are accustomed.
