The glass container plant "Steklotekh" is the only high-tech enterprise for the production of glass containers in the Urals Federal District.

The plant was established in 2007. in order to implement an investment project for the construction of a glass container plant. The first pile was driven in 2009, the furnace ignition and glass melting began in May 2011.

The production capacity of the plant is 300 million bottles per year.

LLC Steklotekh produces glass containers for any alcoholic, low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, canned goods and other products.

The total investment in the construction and equipping of new production amounted to more than € 90 million.

The plant is equipped with the most modern automated equipment of foreign production (glass-forming IS machines of the EF series from Bottero (Italy), Car-Met (Italy) annealing furnaces, Busch & Spreen GmbH (Germany) and Iris quality control equipment). Inspection Machines ”(France), packaging and transport equipment“ Emmeti ”(Italy)).

At all stages of the technological process, continuous monitoring of compliance with the specified parameters and technological discipline according to the quality management system of GOST R ISO 9001-2008 is carried out.
