Tobolsk factory of artistic bone-cutting products, LLC

        In 2015, the Tobolsk factory of bone-cutting products will celebrate its 85th anniversary. She became the successor to the artel of bone carvers, organized in 1929 by V. Denisov and T. Peskov. Today, this is the only active enterprise in Russia. In the glorious chronicle of one of the oldest carvings of the country, the names of our talented fellow countrymen are written: Mikhail Znamensky, Porfiry Terentev, Genady Krivosheev, Gabriel Khazov. Each of their works surprises with the elegance of performance and harmony of sculptural compositions. Creativity of bone carveres of different generations was awarded with gold medals at international exhibitions in Paris and Brussels, and the factory itself was awarded the order "Badge of Honor".

       Today, the collective of the Tobolsk bone-cutting factory strives to be a worthy continuer of the best traditions of its illustrious predecessors. Along with the experienced craftsmen, young bony cutters are inspired to work, who have proved themselves capable of creating beautiful works of art.

The production of Tobolsk masters, as it was confirmed by life, was always famous for its high quality and plot variety. The oldest bone-cutting factory in Russia has a great potential and significant, invaluable experience of creativity of previous generations of masters. Now the material base of the enterprise is being updated, workers have better working conditions, new product markets have been found.
