2. filling, milk and cream ice cream, protein ice cream: Italian ice cream production line TETRA LAVAL Food: pasteurization and cooling plant (kitchen) - 1piece, freezer Gelmark - 1piece, Chilledwater Tank chiller - 1 pc., 300 liter capacity ZURIS - 3 pcs. The total capacity of the line is 8 tons per day.
The total capacity is 11.5 tons per day. It is planned to increase by 3-5 times by the end of 2017.
The enterprise has its own transport. The products are transported in cars equipped with refrigerators with a temperature of -18 ° C.
Production works around the clock - there are 2 shifts: day and night. All employees are instructed in accordance with the requirements of the Sanitary Rules for ice cream manufacturers.
