The Tula Scientific and Technical Center "MASHGEO" is ready to consider any suggestions and wishes of the Customers and use its scientific and production potential to solve various production problems.

The Tula Scientific-Technical Center MashGeo LLC was established in September 1996 as an independent business enterprise.

The intellectual center of the enterprise was made up of specialists from the Tula Central Research Institute of Industrial Research (Central Research Geological Prospecting Institute) and KBP (Instrument Engineering Design Bureau). When working with Customers, it is practiced to go to an object with the study of local conditions, to select the most optimal technological chain or equipment, and to train the Customer’s personnel to work with equipment at the center or at the Customer’s facility.

In the process of working on new types of equipment and technologies, the main directions of development were defined, which are:

* Earth-moving equipment for penetration of pits, wells, cleaning of ponds, septic tanks, mining of water from under the water, etc.

* Equipment for vibroprocesses in the mining, construction and metallurgical industries.

* Drilling equipment and tools.

* Equipment for the extraction and processing of stone.

* Design and manufacture of non-standard equipment.

* Creation of new technologies for the development and processing of technogenic deposits of chemical, metallurgical and mining enterprises (dumps, septic tanks, etc.).

* Development and production of geophysical equipment ("Geoscanner RF", Deep-4, interwell sound radio RPD-4S.)

Currently, over 50 different inventions in the field of special earth-moving equipment, vibration technology and the following technologies have been patented and are in operation:

- processing of technogenic deposits;

- mounting dusty dumps;

- cleaning, disinfection and neutralization of sewage sludge;

- mine water treatment;

- decontamination of soils contaminated with oils and drill cuttings;

- use of solid household waste (MSW), oil sludge, petroleum coke, liquid tar, chicken manure, chipboard waste, etc as alternative fuels;

- processing of ash and slag waste (ASW) and all-aluminum production waste (red mud);

- processing of runoff sediments, sapropel and chicken manure into organic nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium complex fertilizers;

- the construction of underground dams and soil reinforcement using universal ion exchange tools (MIS);

- strengthening the coastal strip using drilling rigs;

- disinfection and disposal of solid waste landfills using the method of drilling injections.
