Olive nere

Handpicked fresh olives are processing in our manufacturing plant in Aydın after attentive harvest and diligent productive process. Using traditional Turkish curing process, we removed the bitterness and give our olives their smooth, savory flavor, provides the right amount of texture, and produces a rich, dark-brown color.
