HOW TO CORRECTLY APPLY OIL ON EYELASHES:

Step 3. It is recommended that this procedure be carried out one and a half to two hours before bedtime. Before going to bed, wet the oil residues with a napkin or cotton pads.

Step 4. Wash your face in the morning.
