ARMS / BRAS / Entraîneur Stretch

The simulator is designed for stretching, working out the joints of the legs and spine. In this case, the legs are fixed in the "lotus" position. You can also work out your legs - pushing and sliding them, as well as tilting them together in different directions - in turn. At the same time, you do not need to hold two instructors - one of the feet, and the other to press on the shoulders and turn the torso in one direction, then in the other. As well as spinning and developing the spine in different directions for the hand holders.
