One of the famous and best-loved spices in all times was the mustard. In some kitchens, for example, in Indian, it has been used for thousands of years. In Europe and Russia, the mustard came much later. It was used as seasoning and as a medicine (a well-known mustard). In some European countries mustard seeds symbolize prosperity and happiness, so they are used in wedding ceremonies.
