Carved backgammon boards have always been prized among players. This is not just a surface on which the battle of two rivals takes place, but a real work of art, made by hand. This copy was made under the close supervision of the master Karen Haleyan, who has been famous for his skill for many years. His boards are always distinguished by the quality of materials, attention to small details, beauty of the external and internal design and ease of use. This board belongs to the Tiger series, whose image is applied on the outside of one of the doors, and there is also a small and large version. It is made from solid beech wood and you can be sure that it will last a very long time, especially with careful use. The lacquered surface protects well against accidental ingress of liquids, but do not wash it with water. The two flaps are hinged with the letter H engraved and two hooks are used to close. There is also a special checkers field where you can escape from the intense backgammon game. Complete chips will not damage the surface, because a fabric base is glued below. Additionally, it improves the glide on the board, making it smoother. It is convenient to grip them with two fingers, which is facilitated by the excellent size and weight of only 10 grams.
