The settler is a type of storage tank, intended mainly for cleaning fluids from suspended impurities. This type of equipment is widely used in the oil and gas industry, oil fields, etc.
Industrial sedimentation tanks are of two types: sedimentation tanks and water settling tanks.
Accumulation reservoirs of OM serve for purification of formation water from impurities of oil and oil products. During extraction, together with oil, a large amount of water is extracted from the formation, which can also be used in the future. But before use it requires cleaning. For these purposes, storage tanks (sedimentation tanks) are designed.
The accumulator is designed for oil purification. At the same time this unit performs two functions at once: water separation and purification from mechanical impurities.
This device is an all-welded tank of cylindrical shape, mounted on the saddle supports. The settler can be made for both horizontal and vertical installation. The sump tank is equipped with inlet and outlet fittings, as well as fittings for instrumentation and instrumentation. At the request of the customer, the machine can be supplied in heat-treated condition, and also be equipped with parts for fixing the thermal insulation.
It is also worth noting that this equipment is designed to work with environments extremely corrosive. For the manufacture of settling tanks, manufacturers use only high-corrosion resistant steel, in particular stainless steel. The device can also be coated with a special anti-corrosion agent.
The PZEM plant is engaged in the design and production of various types of industrial settling tanks, among which are sedimentation tanks of types OV, OH, OG. At the request of the customer, it is also possible to manufacture other types of devices, for example sedimentation tanks for separating suspensions.
