Description

The block "BITEK" is an invention of the 21st century, patented in 2012 and fully complies with the spirit of the times. It is economical, environmentally friendly and durable. SIGNIFICANT COST REDUCTION The wall of the blocks is several times lighter and thinner than the brick one. * Savings on the foundation is about 50%; * 3-4 times less expenses for heating in comparison with houses made of bricks; * Reducing the cost of transportation of building materials in 2 times due to a decrease in the volume of transport. MINIMUM TREATMENT * High speed of erection of walls. * The presence of a groove-crest, clear geometric dimensions and a well-thought-out nomenclature of blocks allows the use of personnel of lower qualification. * There is no need for external treatment of walls. INCREASE OF THE ARCHITECTURAL EXPRESSION OF THE FACILITY YES OF THE BUILDING * A variety of decorative textures of the front surface of the blocks. * Minimum costs for repairing the facade during the operational period. Maximum heat losses of the building (30-40%) fall on its walls. The most common solution to this problem is their thickening, and as a consequence weighting. In addition, the ability of walls to remain dry and maintain heat throughout the life of the building is one of the key factors affecting the energy, and therefore the economic efficiency of the building. According to leading industry experts, we found the optimal solution - simple and effective. Wall blocks with the groove-groove "BITEK" - a fundamentally new type of industrial building wall products. Blocks are manufactured by the method of vibration casting from super lightweight encapsulated claydite. STRUCTURE OF THE UNIT * The inside of the unit has a smooth texture ready for finishing. This thin claydite-concrete layer (5-8 mm thick) is much denser than the main layer (800 kg / m³). * Next comes the main layer of encapsulated claydite with a density of 350-450 kg / m³. It is a two-component system based on light aggregate (expanded clay) and cement. The material is characterized by low cement consumption, has a cellular structure, the strength of which is provided by contacts of the shells of a high-strength astringent composition. * The outer layer is a ready-made facade covering with a textured decorative surface 60-70 mm thick, having a density of 700 kg / m³. The outer outer surface of the block has a textured surface, imitating brickwork, various types of natural stone, man-made relief decorations, etc., more than 12 variants. On request, a block with the required invoice can be issued. It is possible to paint in the production or after the completion of the masonry and sealing of the joints. In addition, the front surface can be painted in mass. * By volume, one block is equal to 16 standard bricks. It weighs 15.5 kg. This is 4 times lighter than the weight of bricks of the same volume. * Blocks are stacked in a single-chain chain. Blocks, laid on the foam, provide maximum strength of the wall for several hours. This makes it possible not to limit the productivity of the mason's team when laying the wall with technological interruptions. * After completion of the masonry, additional processing of the external walls is not required. The outer surface of the wall is painted using a spray gun or other traditional method. The inner part of the wall does not require plastering - only the putty is applied, followed by painting or wallpapering. 18 types of products are produced, which excludes the mass modification of the blocks on the construction site. The joining of building wall blocks with the use of foam is a modern, recognized, clean, fast, convenient, almost all-season (above -5 degrees), an economical way of laying. The main destructive factors for polyurethane foams are ultraviolet radiation and high temperature (above 90 degrees). The use of polyurethane foam to connect the Bitec blocks to the subsequent smoothing of the outer joints and the filling of the inner surface of the wall makes it possible to completely exclude the penetration of even minimal doses of ultraviolet radiation, and the normative operation of buildings does not allow a rise in the temperature inside the wall structure above 90 ° C. With this ideal mode, the service life of the polyurethane foam adhesive inside our wall structure is almost unlimited. During the fire tests of our wall structure under load for 4 hours and the temperature in the chamber of 1200 degrees, the temperature of the outer surface of the wall was 40 degrees. At the same time, no damage occurred with a subsequent increase in the load, except for the detachment of several facial parts. After the opening of the structure, it was found out that only one of the two bands of polyurethane glue was affected, which is closer to the inner surface and the source of heating - it has decayed about half. The world's leading manufacturer, Macroflex, has produced a special polyurethane foam adhesive for joining masonry materials: blocks, bricks, etc. For example, in Germany the porous blocks "Porotherm" (producer "Vineberger") are also placed on polyurethane foam.
