FILIPPOV / Плиобоксы (Plyo-Box) «onePRO» 15см

Dimensions: 90cm / 65cm / 15cm

Plyobox (plyo box) is one of the main sports equipment for the development of plyometric qualities of the athlete. One of the most effective exercises with a pliobox is jumping on it, subject to the minimum time spent on the floor. Similar exercises can be done with weights - for example, with a weight vest. Thus, the energy of the fall (when jumping) is accumulated and converted into explosive energy of the jump.
