The plant specializes in the production of steel and iron castings, products for the upper structure of railways (turnouts), steel enameled dishes, stencil decalcomania, as well as plastic and rubber products for the needs of railway transport.
The plant’s capacities allow producing up to 4300 sets of turnouts, 30,000 tons of iron and steel casting, 25,000 tons of cookware and 3.6 million decalcomania per year.
The production process of the Kerch Metallurgical Plant is ensured by production and support units located on the same territorial site, at a close distance from each other, namely:
- turnout workshop;
- foundry;
- shop sometimes;
- workshop of plastic products;
- mechanical forging shop;
- workshop steel enameled dishes;
- mechanical repair shop; motor vehicle workshop.
