Inconel 625 has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, erosion and intergranular corrosion; insensitivity to stress corrosion cracking; good resistance to nitric, phosphoric, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, as well as to alkalis and organic acids; excellent mechanical properties.
