"Derevyasher: wooden manufactory of Alexander Gostev" is a company engaged in the production and sale of toys and souvenirs made of wood.

Having an enormous experience of working with wood, we are engaged in the manufacture of unique products of the highest quality, combining classical woodworking technologies and the capabilities of modern equipment. We affirm with all responsibility that no one except us is involved in the serial production of similar products on the territory of Russia.

The key idea of the company over the past two years is the revival of the traditions of Russian wooden toys. For many centuries, Russian master carpenters were engaged in the manufacture of these masterpieces, using only wood and glues made from natural ingredients.

We return this tradition to the modern world and show the advantages of wood products in practice. After all, such products have a huge number of advantages:

* Special sensations from touching the wooden surface.

Only natural materials are used in the products of our manufacture: various types of wood - from birch, beech and oak to valuable elm species (elm, elm, etc.), as well as varnishes and Renner adhesives made from environmentally friendly components.

In production we adhere to the classical technology: sawing - planing - grinding.

Production processes are carried out in the shop area of more than 1000 square meters. The workshop is equipped with modern machines from JET and Festool.

Final grinding and completion of all products is done manually.

An important principle in the work of our manufactory is non-waste production. A unique production technology allows the use of any tree trunks. Used even trunks with kapami, outgrowths and knots. We do not burn or destroy anything. Remains of wood and small bars go to the production of small parts and souvenirs. We treat with respect and respect the tree. We take exactly as much as we need for production and use it completely!

To implement the idea of popularizing Russian toys, models and souvenirs from wood, we created a "Derevyasher" store, where anyone can buy our products and evaluate its quality. The assortment of the store includes only selected products of our manufactory that have passed the quality control and are put on series production.
