Are intended for preparation of industrial starter cultures on pure cultures of milk bacteria. A unique design of starter fermenters with an increased heat exchange surface and a system of working under pressure allows rapid and uniform heating without foaming and formation of a fume. The production process of the ferment is completely closed, which ensures a high level of bacterial purity of the ready ferment.
